I will be visiting another gorgeous library this week: The Memorial Hall Library in Andover, MA. I’ll be talking about and reading from Alice Bliss. I’ve been working on this event with a phenomenal librarian (aren’t they all?), Emily Classon. I am reminded of Kurt Vonnegut’s quote: “The America I love still exists at the front desks of our libraries.”
