Alice Bliss has been chosen as a “Must-Read” book for 2012 by the Mass Library Association and the Mass Center for the Book. I’m so pleased and proud to be in this great group of writers, including Edith Pearlman’s Binocular Vision, Geraldine Brooks’ Caleb’s Crossing, Leah Hager Cohen’s The Grief of Others, Tom Perotta’s The Leftovers, Alice Hoffman’s The Red Garden and Roland Merullo’s The Talk-Funny Girl.
In late May the Mass Center for the Book will be mailing a “Must-Read” poster to every public library building in Massachusetts for a summer reading promotion display.
